Give me some ideas for conducting group activities in class for college students.. some management games.?

Well, one game I remember was the stock market game. Give a small group a certain amount of play money (pretend) and let them compete with the other groups in the class. Watch the stock market and have them keep an eye on their companies. Let them buy and sell and keep records of losses and gains. Secretly, have one person of good choosing to monitor and record all of the troubles that come about , including the disagreements and arguements over decisions. There attention will be on the money while in the end, the class will get to observe there own behavior along with each of the other groups. Bottom line,,,, it should give them some insight into how well they can manage at this point. Good Luck
I once taught a class in Contract Administration for Union Officials in which I joined forces with a colleague teaching a management class. We secured the services of an Arbitrator, and ran a mock arbitration case in which the management students prepared the employer’s case and my students prepared the union’s case. The Arbitrator conducted the hearing, and each professor assessed the learning of our respective students.
