As some of you know I like to buy defaulted mortgages when affiliates find deals they don’t know what to do with. Well I just had a fax come across my desk from an affiliate who participates in our Mastermind Coaching program. As part of this program we talk about all different ways of making money from bad debts. A defaulted mortgage is a bad debt. Most people think of a defaulted mortgage as a foreclosure. It all means essentially the same thing.
In this case we have a seller carry back mortgage on a 2 bedroom 2 bath house in San Antonio, Texas. The sale price of the property was $78,000 with $2,000 down by the buyer when they purchased the property. The seller of the house decided to act like the bank and take back a mortgage so that they could get monthly payments. What often happens in cases like these is that the seller of the house sooner or later needs a lump some of cash instead of monthly payments. They may need the money to pay bills, buy a car, travel or even for the purchase of a new property. Either way the seller of the property (note owner) needs cash and is often willing to sell their note at a discount. We are in the negotiating phase with the note owner to buy their note for $18,000.

Before you enter into a settlement deal, it is essential to know and understand the debt negotiation process performed by the legitimate financial firms. If you have hired a good financial firm, you need not worry about the dealings because the debt negotiation is processed in a legal manner.
Insolvency should be avoided as much as possible because more financial problems will follow you in the future. Yes, it is true that you credit score will be totally affected if you have declared insolvent. You will also not be eligible for taking up loans and advances in the future. Though insolvency is an opportunity to start up fresh by rebuilding the credit score, it will take a long time up to 7 to 10 years. All these years, until your credit score is fully repaired, you will face lot of financial problems.

TYRANNY

(2) a government in which the common-law of the people either has never existed, or has been replaced with the de facto policies, or the self empowering edicts, of officials that as a matter of course, authorize the violation of human RIGHTS, and, wherein procedural or “legal” ramparts are effectively constructed to prevent the accountability of government ministers, and their puppet judges and agents.

NOTE D: All tyrannies are classified under the common-law, and the law of pre-eminent domain, as criminal. Ministers of all governments are subject by unalienable RIGHT, to reciprocal jurisdiction. Ministers of tyrannies exist in a state of war with their subjects, and are therefore subject to direct, immediate, and if necessary, terminal intervention.
According to the US Small Business Association 2/3 small businesses are out of business within 2 years and from those remaining only 44% survive the next 2! This is a dire statistic for those considering starting their own company and perhaps a necessary reminder to the uninitiated or uncommitted.
